Expected to be unveiled on January 22, 2025, the lineup may include the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, S25 Ultra, and possibly a slimmer variant called the Galaxy S25 Slim .
AI Features and Performance

The rumored Galaxy S25 Slim will emphasize sleekness, possibly being just over 6mm thick. Samsung is also expected to use ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) technology to minimize the camera bump .
Battery and Storage
The Ultra model could offer up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, paired with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging .
What’s Next?
Samsung might unveil additional accessories such as augmented reality glasses and the Galaxy Ring 2 alongside the Galaxy S25 series .
